These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by NexTech Solutions. By working with NexTech Solutions, you agree to the terms below.

Services

NexTech Solutions offers frontend-focused web design and development services, including website builds, redesigns, landing pages, and basic integrations. Any services not included in the agreed quote will be discussed and priced separately.

Payments

A deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due before final launch or handover. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are non-refundable once work has started.


Pricing

Each project is quoted individually after reviewing the client’s needs. Additional features, revisions, integrations, hosting, domain setup, or ongoing maintenance may incur extra costs.

Revisions & Changes

Revisions are limited to what is agreed upon in the project scope. Requests outside the original scope may require an additional quote.

Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and depend on client communication, feedback, and content delivery. Delays in responses may affect delivery dates.

Hosting & Third-Party Services

NexTech Solutions is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, or external software tools.

Ownership

Once full payment is received, ownership of the final website design is transferred to the client, excluding any third-party tools or licenses.

Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance and post-launch updates are not included unless agreed upon separately.
